Scope

This policy applies to TinyLetterLab for iPhone and iPad. TinyLetterLab helps families practice simple English letters, word cards, listening choices, story scenes, sticker rewards, and local family reports.

Data You Create

Learning cards, answers, sticker counts, family reports, and local settings are stored on your device. TinyLetterLab does not require an account and does not upload learning cards or progress to a user account.

Device Identifier

TinyLetterLab may create an app device identifier and store it in Keychain. It is used for startup configuration, app operation, basic statistics, issue diagnosis, and security maintenance.

Website

The support website loads only when you choose the Website option. Website requests may process basic technical information such as device type, system version, app version, request time, and network address.

Local Storage

TinyLetterLab uses the app container for learning-card data and UserDefaults for preferences and startup state. Local data is removed when the app container is deleted by uninstalling the app.

Third-Party Services

TinyLetterLab does not include advertising networks, social sharing, public profiles, or third-party services that analyze a child's learning records.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide the app's learning functions, save local progress, support startup configuration, troubleshoot issues, maintain safety, and improve reliability.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not use data for cross-app advertising tracking. Data may be processed by service providers only as needed for app operation, startup configuration, diagnostics, safety, and legal compliance.

Retention

Local learning data remains on your device until you delete it, reload starter cards, reset progress, or uninstall the app.

Children's Privacy

TinyLetterLab is designed for guided family use. The app does not ask children to create accounts, enter names, record audio, post publicly, or share profiles.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards for data handled by the app. No method of storage or transmission is perfect, so please avoid including sensitive personal information in app data entry.

We may update this policy as TinyLetterLab changes. The updated date will be revised when the policy changes.
